Terms of Use

1. Permitted use

You may access this website and use Nimblins for personal, lawful purposes. Do not interfere with service operation, bypass technical controls, automate abusive traffic, probe systems without authorization, misrepresent results, or use the products to violate another person’s rights.

2. Nimblins gameplay and progression

Nimblins provides puzzle content, local progression, goals, cosmetic collectibles, and optional online leaderboard features. Gameplay characters are cosmetic and do not provide a rules advantage. Features, puzzle catalogs, balancing, rewards, and availability may change as the product develops.

3. Advertising, Premium, and optional rewards

Nimblins may show banner and interstitial ads at defined placements and may offer optional rewarded ads. A reward is granted only when the advertising SDK confirms completion. Ad inventory is provided by third parties, may be unavailable, and is not guaranteed. Ad failure must not prevent ordinary puzzle play, although a specific optional reward may remain unavailable.

On Android, Nimblins Premium is a one-time, non-consumable Google Play purchase. While verified ownership is active, it removes banner and forced ads, provides three free Hints per puzzle, offers a manually claimed +100 Coin gift once per UTC day, and unlocks the cosmetic Velora Nimblin. Optional rewarded ads remain available only when you choose them. The price, taxes, payment method, refund handling, and transaction record are managed by Google Play and shown before purchase. Pending, invalid, cancelled, refunded, revoked, or otherwise ineligible purchases do not grant Premium. Restore Purchases checks eligible ownership for the Google Play account; benefits are not promised on another platform.

4. Leaderboards and public display names

Leaderboard participation uses an anonymous Firebase identity and a public display name. Keep display names respectful and free of personal, deceptive, unlawful, or infringing content. Berki Software may reject, change, hide, or remove names or results that are invalid, abusive, manipulated, or inconsistent with game rules. Do not submit another person’s private information.

5. Intellectual property

Berki Software and its licensors retain rights in the website, Nimblins, product names, software, characters, artwork, puzzle catalogs, text, and other original materials. These terms do not transfer ownership or permit copying, resale, redistribution, reverse engineering where prohibited, or creation of confusingly similar branding.

6. Third-party services

The products rely on services provided by others, including Firebase, Google AdMob, app stores, and operating-system platforms. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply. External links are provided for convenience and do not make Berki Software responsible for third-party content or availability.

7. Availability and updates

Berki Software may update, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, product, or operational reasons. Online services, ads, and leaderboards may be delayed or unavailable. Local gameplay is designed not to depend on every online service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not promised.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

The website and Nimblins are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Berki Software does not promise that every error will be corrected or that third-party services will always operate. To the extent permitted by law, Berki Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the services. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the products or applicable requirements change. The effective date will be revised. Continued use after an update means the current terms apply, subject to applicable law.
