Request access, correction, or deletion.
Nimblins does not currently include a fully automated server-account deletion control. Requests are handled through berkisoftware@gmail.com.
Start an email requestWhat can be requested
Potential Nimblins server data includes an anonymous Firebase user identifier, a public display name, Daily leaderboard submissions, an Endless leaderboard personal-best submission, private public-name reports, a Premium entitlement, a hashed purchase-token record, and Premium Daily Gift claim state. You may ask about access, correction, objection, restriction, or deletion where applicable.
What to include
Email berkisoftware@gmail.com from an address where Berki Software can reply. State that the request concerns Nimblins and include:
- Your current and any recent public display names.
- Whether you used the Daily leaderboard, Endless leaderboard, or both.
- Approximate dates of relevant Daily submissions and any visible score or result details that can narrow the search.
- The request you want Berki Software to evaluate.
Local data on your device
Puzzle progress, settings, coins, collection state, goals, active Endless state, local result history, ad pacing state, locally cached Premium verification data, and the locally stored public name are kept in app storage. Clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it removes local data according to the behavior of your platform and backups. That action does not by itself guarantee removal of a leaderboard or Premium entitlement record already submitted to Firebase.
Identification limits
Nimblins uses anonymous authentication and does not ask for an account email. A display name is public and may not uniquely identify one person. Berki Software may need reasonable additional details to avoid deleting another player’s record. Some requests may be impossible to fulfill if the relevant record cannot be identified with sufficient confidence.
What happens next
Berki Software will review the request, may ask for limited clarifying information, and respond by email. Applicable legal requirements, security needs, technical limits, fraud prevention, accounting obligations, and records that must be retained can affect the outcome or timing. Removing an app entitlement record does not cancel or refund a Google Play transaction, and Google handles requests about purchase history and other data it controls under its own privacy processes.
